Rory Mushlin is a Certified Ice Technician, and is currently the Director of Operations for Spectra at a hockey arena in Maine. Rory has worked for the San Jose Sharks and New York Islanders organizations, and is currently working on running a USPHL hub city in Tampa Bay, Florida, as well as installing an NHL-size outdoor rink in Massachusetts.
